Cross Hands to Killay Route 1
Assuming that you have eaten at Leekes and are sufficiently strengthened head westwards out of the retail park, use the subway to negotiate the roundabout and head into Cross Hands (visiting the cycle shop if necessary). Turn right at the traffic lights and after about half a mile turn left onto the cycle track. Continue the whole way into Llanelli where you pick up the coastal pathi, continue past Penclacwydd, cross the A484 by the cycle bridge then go through the car park, turn right and then left at the roundabout, cross the Loughor bridge, take the first turning at the roundabout, Pont y Cob Road will be on your right, head to the traffic lights at the B4295, turn left, straight ahead at the next traffic lights. Carefully take the right hand lane at the next lights and turn right immediately beyond the lights. Stay on the cycle track through Dunvant to the Railway Inn.
