As you know I don't do Sunday rides but I had nothing better to do so I tagged along. Off we went to Rhossili with Jan leading us, that first hill out of Killay is always a killer but we all made it. Over Welsh Moor then where I had another go at using the self timer on my camera but, after several attempts, failed. I have been happy not to be in the photos in the past but I get under so much pressure to suffer equally with everyone else so I thought I ought to show willing.

Thankfully, or unfortunately (depending whether you are me or not) John White showed excellent skills at candid shots.

We were joined today by Rosemary who came all the way from Golden Grove, she says she will join us next week too. All I can say is we must all have been on our best behaviour then!!

By the way the photos back up everything I have said about the Weather Girl - red coat in one, blue in the other!!
