Moelfre

Moelfre is my home village and is well known because of the wreck of the Royal Charter on the 26th August 1859, as children we played on its signal cannon which was in our front garden. It is also well known because of Dick Evans, coxwain of the Moelfre lifeboat who was the first to be awarded two Gold Medals for bravery by the RNLI.
