Warmley Broadcasting Company

Dylan struck up a friendship with Daniel Jones who lived close by, his house was called Warmley. Both boys had a love of words and, it seems, performing. They set up The Warmley Broadcasting Company, some sort of studio was established upstairs in Daniel's room and a secret connection was made to the radiogram downstairs. Daniel was playing some Beethoven on the piano whilst Dylan was fiddling with the tuner on the radiogram fooling Daniel's father into thinking that his son's playing was a broadcast from a foreign country. There was great laughter when the truth was discovered and from then on both mother and father were regular contributors to the WBC.
