The weather
was not really settled so I made my way towards Fishguard to find
a viewpoint I had learned of. The lanes are quite narrow but the
traffic is almost non existent so I wasn't much concerned. And
then, as I rounded a corner this huge tractor was rumbling towards
me towing an equally huge muck spreader, I was hardly in a position
to argue so I stuck the campervan in reverse and, with just my
side mirrors, went back a good hundred yards to tuck into a gateway.
I did rather well and the young lad on the tractor gave me a congratulatory
thumbs up and a cheerful smile. On I go and find where I wanted
but that will be for another day. I turn to make my way back and
am almost at Porthgain when the sun makes it appearance, so it's
a right turn and head for The Sloop.
