I sleep amazingly
well and don’t get up until 6.00am - believe me for me that
is quite something. There was an extremely heavy shower in the
night and I found that I hadn’t closed the sliding door
properly and water had crept in. Never mind it soon mops up.
I pay an early morning visit to The Sound Cafe in St Davids to
ready me for the day ahead but I settle for the full Welsh breakfast
and turn down 'The Admiral'. Now normally I don't baulk at a big
breakfast but the Admiral seemed to be a full Welsh with a full
mixed grill thrown in. They reassured me that not many people
managed to eat it all so I felt no shame.
I was having a look at the ruined mill at Trefin when I noticed
this stone circle on the headland. So here you are!
