The bus arrived
and we pile in armed with our bus passes, one in the short list
of pensioners' delights - the list containing all the minuses
is longer and tends to steadily increase but carpe diem as the
Romans were prone to say. We looked around and noticed quite a
few rucksacks and walking poles - what a startling marketing achievement
they were! and deduced that there were quite a few people off
for a walk. (We may be getting older but our minds are still as
sharp as sausages!). Smack on time the bus is whisking us away.
