Driving down
the narrow lane to Abereiddi, which cannot possibly be called
a village, we are having glimpses of the rugged Pembrokeshire
coastline. Here we are looking across the bay to an area which
was full of industry in days gone by. There are traces of that
industry still to be seen, for example that little tower at the
end which I promise I will find a way to get to another time.
We had tried but our way appeared to be blocked by a great chasm
and we had to turn back. However as we were almost back at the
car on our return journey we saw two people, probably grinning
with smug satisfaction, walking away from it!
