The Pele Tower

You don't see many of these in Wales, a fortified house, more common in Scotland and Ireland and you have to wonder why it is here. Considering the proximity of Angle to Ireland and that William Marshall, the first Earl of Pembroke had connections with Ireland, perhaps that is why, I don't know. But I shall try and find out more.
