Glowing Gorse

The sun has risen sufficiently to cast a warm glow on this gorse hugging the hillside above the coastal path. The world is beginning to wake now, there have been several joggers taking their early excercise, some clumping and panting but determined, others who have being doing this for ages moving with easy, measured breath and lightfooted. The great outdoors, surely provides greater enjoyment than any gym, and it's free!
As the sun was behind me I had to search for a spot where my shadow would not be cast on the image and that all depends on angles, a low tripod and me lying down on the ground. But I do that willingly for my art - and for you, dear reader!
