There have not been many days when the sun has broken through the greyness of the sky but this was one of them. For quite a while I watched in fascination at the outgoing tide playing on the sands below me. Photography makes you stop and look and, in doing so you are rewarded with a constantly changing canvas. On a good day with scudding clouds pick a nice spot and watch for at least ten minutes - and then try and walk away!
