As I showed you in last month's update Mumbles pier is having renovations which included a new lifeboat station, this is necessary due to the forthcoming delivery of the new and larger lifeboat. This is the old lifeboat station and, like Tenby's old station, it will be put up for sale so if you are keen on having a completely different dwelling with undoubted sea views then start putting some money away now!
