When visiting Anglesey and you fancy the chance of moving back in time a hundred years then this is your opportunity. Porth Swtan, or Church Bay if you prefer, is on the north west coast and if you are observant whilst on the A5025 travelling north you can't miss the signposts. Cardiff has the Welsh Folk Museum at St Fagan but Anglesey has Swtan, just the one little homestead but the difference is this is in its original location. When I lived in Anglesey such cottages were numerous, life was hard, honest and industrious.
