Now on this particular day I had intended to spend the day in Brecon just mooching about and taking photographs, a spot of lunch and then a bit more mooching. However as I was approaching I got this overwhelming urge to go on to Hay on Wye and browse the bookshops. With Amazon so handy it seems an extravagence to go all the way from Swansea to browse but I was near Brecon - so it wasn't so far. I'm just so easily swayed!

Anyway I called on the way back so I got the best of both worlds. A very pleasant place to do a bit of riverside walking.
