I love wisterias, beautiful mauve flowers growing like grapes. I have one just starting to blossom in my garden but it is against a larch fence rather than hugging and caressing a pillar, this will be even better in a few days. This is on the patio, a nice place to sit and the National Trust have supplied several benches so that you can do just that. And I did, a good way to bring a visit to a close.
The house is open this year too so there is so much to see and do here. Support the National Trust by being a member!
