Traeth Llyfn

We have now continued along the coastal path to Porthgain and it is a most enjoyable walk, a bit of an ascent to start with and a descent later but by taking time to look at the view behind you you will regain your strength soon enough. This is Traeth Llyfn and access is by means of a metal staircase but before you spend time there it would be best to check the tide tables as there is only one way in and one way out.
