View over The Druidstone

The mid winter sun does more justice to the building from the rear than from the front. As you can see it is perched on the clifftop and looks out over St Brides Bay, in the distance is the narrow entrance to the creek that is Solva, going west from there is the city of St Davids, further still you would have Ramsey Island and a myriad of small, smaller and much smaller islands. According to the sign at the entrance this is 'a million miles from city life' even the hustle and bustle of crowded and clutching St Davids where merchandise merchants throng and press their goods upon you willing you to strike a bargain. Here you can completely relax and gaze upon a most beautiful part of Wales, the last, and so most splendid, of God's creations.
What about that then - I have no bias, naturally!
