It is Sunday the 17th of March and a lovely day - particularly here in Wales and the reason for that is that on the previous day Wales fought hard and gained a well deserved win over England in the Six Nations Championship. I remember that day when I scored a try. It was talked about for weeks, a dummy pass, a swerve and a dash for the line, brilliant - what a feeling!
I am very proud of my Wales cap!
