Turning
my lens northward we see the curve of Whiteford bay with the Carmarthenshire
coast in the background. Like many of Gower's beaches you have
to make an effort if you want to take a sandy walk but the rewards
are very satisfying and often the beach is entirely yours, sometimes
cockle pickers are at work but they tend to be far away on the
shoreline so, don't worry, you won't disturb them!
