No it's not an illusion, it is snowcapped Snowdonia on the 23rd November and it is only now as I walk back to the campervan that it has revealed itself. Nice to see.
So there you are, I told you that this one mile stretch is full of important history, the Britannia bridge was the pioneer of tubular steel construction and here you have the magnificence of Thomas Telfords suspension bridge, in its day it was the longest suspension bridge in the world. They will always be my favourite bridges, after all they take me home!
